As a subcontractor to Geofon, Inc., Enpro performed a base wide audit at Edwards Air Force Base, California . We performed document review, field observation, and personnel interviews to field-verify implementation of CalARP programs to applicable operations at base facilities. We reviewed CalARP program elements: Program designation-covered processes and general requirements; Hazard Assessment, including 5-year accident history and Offsite Consequence Analysis; Prevention Program, including Hazard Review and Planned Changes to Improve Safety; Emergency Response Program; and, Management System.
