Prepared a remedial action plan for a petroleum hydrocarbon impacted service station in Sacramento under the UST Cleanup Fund program. The RAP included a site conceptual model, regulatory framework and remediation goals, remedial alternatives evaluation and conceptual design for the installation and operation of a soil vapor extraction system and a ground water extraction system. The RAP was approved by the lead agency.
