Prepared work plans to implement SVE and ozone injection to clean up a plume containing petroleum hydrocarbons, 1,2 DCA, MTBE and other fuel oxygenates. Compiled historical site data and prepared conceptual designs for both the SVE and ozone injection systems. Work plans were submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.
